Celebrating Days at School:
Yes, I know…some teachers and others don’t think that celebrating days like this in the classroom has a point. But, LET ME TELL YOU….It sure DOES! It allows students to see the “real” side of their teacher. (Especially when the teacher dresses the part!)
By decorating part of the room, setting up stations, or participating in engaging activities….(whether you sneak academics into it or not) It gives the students a break from the mondain atmosphere that they see each day. Incorporating FOOD (With all the permissions of course) into any activity….you KNOW that you will grasp their attention! I have provided some resources below that will help you in doing everything I just stated.
*Please read all the way to the bottom!*
