This Staff Morale Bundle resource features 10 different themed activities designed to help boost momentum on your campus. Perfect for back-to-school, staff meetings, team building, the new year, National Popcorn Day (Jan 19th), National Hot Chocolate Day (Jan 31st), and more!

Some activities are just for FUN, and some of them will help give insight into what your staff is thinking about certain topics/ideas. There are numerous options within this extensive 60+ page resource. This resource provides printable and digital versions.

This Staff Morale Bundle includes:

Soda-lightful Station: Write a SODA-Lightful Statement about a coworker on the back of the soda card you choose. Try to be specific in what you write. This Soda-lightful station includes- soda-themed statement cards, blank statement template, (2) versions of station sign, and direction sheet.

*Optional Create Your Own Soda Station activity/setup idea- this includes labels for the setup, blank editable label tents, station directions sign, and a picture of what an example setup would look like.

Hot Chocolate Compliment Station– Fill out the marshmallow cards with a quick, kind note to a staff member thanking them for something they have done for you. Finally, this station includes (2) versions of the station sign, Direction Sheet, Marshmallow “It’s so sweet of you to” cards.

Hot Chocolate Conversation Station: Fill out the marshmallow cards with something that you have enjoyed about this school year. Includes: (2) versions of the station sign, Direction Sheet, and Marshmallow “A sweet thing about this year” cards.

*A blank hot chocolate mug template is provided- Enlarge and use as a display with either of the marshmallow cards from the above activities.

Design Your Own Mug Activity – A fun way to bring out the creativity in your staff! Encourage them to be as creative as possible. You could even hold a contest and let students vote!

Spill the Tea Station– This one is one of the most important! Staff is encouraged to answer the questions (provided in both printable AND DIGITAL formats) as honestly as possible. There are many options for this station. 3 versions of question sets. One that is not “tea” themed. Just in case you prefer the answers to the questions with no theme.

SIP, SIP Hooray Station– You are going to celebrate a “SIP, SIP Hooray” by writing down something you are proud of or an accomplishment you have made this year. Includes: (2) versions of the station sign, Direction Sheet, Coffee SIP,SIP Hooray Cards, of coffee cup to be enlarged for display- Comes in b&w and colored versions.

Taking the Team Temperature: A questionnaire for group members of a team to complete. Use this team exercise to facilitate an open and honest conversation about your team. Why it works, why it doesn’t, and how it could work better. Labels for an optional item to give the teachers before completing the question form. Printable AND DIGITAL versions.

Popcorn Themed Kernel of Knowledge Station: Individuals will fill out the kernel cards, providing one piece of advice to fellow teachers or administrators. This station includes (2) versions of the station sign, Direction Sheet, Kernel of Knowledge Advice Cards, and a popcorn container template to be enlarged for display. All coming in black and white and colored versions.
