This Place Value Concepts Maze resource features differentiated levels to accommodate students where they are, rather than where they should be.
Version 1 of the Place Value Concepts Maze covers standard form, written form, expanded form, basic operations, addition and subtraction with 10 more and 10 less, base-10 models, and questions on the place AND the value of a number.
Version 2 of the Place Value Concepts Maze covers: Expanded notation, place value word problems, and higher-level questions up to numbers in the hundred thousands. It is differentiated for 2nd through 5th grade, and it is an engaging way to review or learn place value concepts!
There are also black and white, colored, and digital versions available.
It is a different way to review or give an informal assessment to your students versus a traditional worksheet.
It covers not only Common Core standards, but TEKs based standards as well.
