Description
Light Fright SEL Picture Book, by Judy De Young, is the PERFECT book for the fall season!
Even though the book is about Marley the Monster, it is more about being secure in oneself, overcoming worry and anxiety, and the importance of family. Being a teacher for 21 years, my favorite part of the text is the figurative language connection and the highly enriched vocabulary text.
It would be the perfect picture book to incorporate during the fall/Halloween season!!
